Join Danfoss Power Solutions as a Product Application Engineer and become part of a highly skilled EMEA team of Application Engineers. In this role, you will work closely with customers and distribution partners to design and deliver optimized Fluid Conveyance solutions using Danfoss Aeroquip and Specialty Products.

You will be primarily office-based while frequently visiting customers to understand their needs firsthand. This is a customer‑facing role with ~50% travel, offering strong exposure to international stakeholders and real business impact.

• Act as the trusted technical partner for key customers, driving growth through solution‑oriented engagement.
• Lead pre‑sales activities, translating customer needs into tailored engineering solutions and product specifications.
• Deliver end‑to‑end application support, from system design optimization to troubleshooting and field support.
• Drive project execution and coordination, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and successful product launches.
• Optimize commercial outcomes through technical quotations, cost analysis, and value engineering.

• A degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field.
• Solid understanding of hydraulics and fluid conveyance applications.
• At least 5 years of experience in a customer‑facing engineering, application, or technical support role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
