About the Role
Our client is seeking a sharp and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their team in Richards Bay . This position is critical for evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities, conducting market research, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in assessing risk, projecting returns, and contributing to the growth of our property investment portfolio.
This role is ideal for a finance-savvy individual with a passion for real estate and a keen eye for detail in the Kwa Zulu-Natal market.
- Analyze financial statements and market data to evaluate the viability of real estate investment opportunities.
- Develop financial models and projections for various property types and investment strategies.
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, including legal, financial, and physical inspections.
- Prepare comprehensive investment memorandums and reports for senior management.
- Monitor the performance of existing investments and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting real estate investments.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, finance, or a related analytical role.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance, valuation methods, and market analysis principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with the Richards Bay property market is advantageous.
