Commercial Cleaning Technician

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Cleaning Technician to maintain a pristine environment in their facilities located in Richards Bay . You will be responsible for executing detailed cleaning plans, managing cleaning supplies effectively, and operating specialized cleaning equipment. • Perform comprehensive cleaning duties in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and production floors.
• Operate and maintain various cleaning machines and tools, such as floor scrubbers, polishers, and industrial vacuums.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to the established cleaning schedule and quality standards.
• Manage and replenish cleaning supplies and consumables, reporting any low stock or equipment issues.
• Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a high level of workplace hygiene and organization throughout the assigned areas.

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is essential.
