Production Operator

Our client is seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operators to join their manufacturing team in Richards Bay. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring various machinery and equipment to ensure the smooth and efficient production of goods. This role is fundamental to our manufacturing process, requiring precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, contributing to daily production targets and maintaining a clean and organized work environment in our production facility.

• Operate and tend to production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Monitor the production process, identifying and reporting any deviations or malfunctions.
• Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Assemble components and prepare finished products for packaging and distribution.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to good housekeeping practices.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items as required.
