Customer Sales Representatives

Isibanisezwe Holdings is seeking Customer Sales Representatives to support business growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering excellent service throughout the customer journey. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, customer-focused, and motivated to achieve sales targets while representing the company professionally.

• Engage with new and existing customers in person, by phone, and through other approved communication channels

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

• Generate sales opportunities and convert leads into successful sales

• Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty

• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and service offerings

• Prepare quotations, process orders, and support customers with general sales queries

• Follow up on customer enquiries and sales leads in a timely and professional manner

• Meet individual and team sales targets set by the business

• Keep customer records and sales activity updated and accurate

• Resolve basic customer concerns and elevate more complex issues when necessary

• Work closely with colleagues and management to support branch and company sales objectives

• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and market trends relevant to customers

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification

• Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or retail-facing role

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships

• Confidence in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions

• Good administrative and recordkeeping skills

• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with sales systems or Microsoft Office tools

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer interactions effectively

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Professional appearance and conduct

• Willingness to work on-site in Richards Bay

• Experience in a target-driven sales environment

• Knowledge of CRM systems or sales tracking tools

• Additional customer service or sales training

• Experience working in a similar industry or business environment

• Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Delivering a positive customer experience that strengthens client retention

• Maintaining accurate sales records and timely follow-up on opportunities

• Contributing to team performance and overall branch growth

This is an on-site role based in Richards Bay. The successful candidate will work directly with customers and internal teams in a professional setting focused on service, sales performance, and relationship management.
