Position: Site Manager - High Level
A Vacancy exists for a Site Manager in the Guarding Division based in South 32 – Richards Bay.

The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Manage and oversee security contracts, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards
Lead, train and supervise security personnel to maintain a high level of performance
Conduct risk assessments and implement security measures to protect assets, personnel, and operations
Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to enhance security strategies
Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory and environmental compliance standards
Prepare reports, incident logs, and operational updates for senior management
Conduct investigations into security breaches and recommend corrective actions

Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:  
 

PSIRA certification – Grade

A.   
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.   
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in security management, preferably in the smelter, mining, or industrial sector
Strong knowledge of security risk management, asset protection and incident response
Ability to manage large teams and handle high-pressure situations
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and own transport
