Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervisory & Leadership Duties Supervise and coordinate security staff; maintain order and discipline. Conduct security briefings, debriefings and assign duties/shifts. Support team leadership and enforce compliance to site standards.
• Access Control & Visitor Management Control access points, enabling secure entry and exit. Verify identities, manage visitor logs, regulate vehicle and pedestrian flow.
• Patrols & Physical Security Conduct regular site patrols, building inspections, and perimeter checks. Ensure security of premises after operating hours (windows, gates, doors).
• Incident & Emergency Response Respond to alarms, emergencies, and urgent incidents. Use alarms or panic mechanisms to mobilise assistance when required. Detain and manage trespassers or offenders professionally following legal procedures.
