Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sharing daily reports with the Spares Team in the region.
- Transact on the system and monitor stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments with precision, ensuring correct serial numbers and quantities.
- Engage with Suppliers regarding shipments and Open STOs.
- Be available to work on weekends and extra hours for receiving and issuing urgent spares.
- Engage with ASPs and ensure alignment on warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with the team and report to the Principal Specialist.
- Conduct weekly stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.
