Location: Farmers Branch, TX
Schedule: 1st Shift | Flexible | Part-time | 20-hour weeks

Responsibilities:

• Review invoices for proper documentation and approvals prior to payment
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports, resolving discrepancies
• Print, sign, and distribute accounts payable checks; schedule ACH payments
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships
• Prepare garnishment checks and process ACH postings
• Maintain accounts payable reports, files, and assist with 1099 documentation
• Support the Controller and Owner with clerical duties as needed
• Handle filing, electronic document management, and office supply ordering
• Perform other general accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounting or accounts payable experience
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Able to handle full-cycle AP process
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated
