Title: Senior GL Accountant
Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid — 2 days/week onsite, 2 weeks/month)
Assignment Duration: November 21, 2025 – March 22, 2026 (4 months)
Potential for Full-Time Conversion: Yes
Work Schedule- Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Standard 8-hour workdays
- Occasional overtime during month-end close and invoicing
The Senior GL Accountant will manage complex accounting activities to ensure the accuracy of the general ledger. The role supports a technology consulting group and involves various financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Project invoicing and payment application
- Account reconciliation and journal entries
- Month‑end close activities
- Setup for projects, vendors, and clients
- Project accounting
- Reconciliations
- Journal entries and invoicing
- Experience with Dynamics SL, Dynamics 365, or other large ERP systems.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- CPA not required
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Adobe Acrobat (frequent PDF modifications)
