Property Accountant
Property Accountant | $32–$36/hr DOE | Contract-to-Hire | 100% Onsite

Who You Are- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience; property management experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience with Yardi, App Folio, Rent Manager, or similar systems preferred
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounts receivable/payable
- Post deposits, journal entries, and manage cash-based accounting processes
- Handle tenant and owner transactions, including payments, distributions, and statements
- Assist with month‑end close and review financial statements
- Support special projects, acquisitions, and other assigned tasks

CompensationCompensation is determined by several factors including skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $32–$36 per hour.
