Are you a highly organized people-person with a passion for fitness and community?
We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Admin to become the right hand to our owner and help us manage day‑to‑day operations across both F45 Coral Springs and Hopson Health Wellness
.
This is a dynamic, part‑time role which can turn into a full‑time position, ideal for someone who loves wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is ready to grow with two brands making an impact in fitness and wellness.
What You’ll Do- Support and coordinate with the sales team
- Help manage social media posts, content, and engagement
- Act as a bridge between owner and staff – handling miscellaneous tasks, projects, and communications
- Assist with community outreach & event coordination
- Highly dependable, detail‑oriented, and proactive
- Strong communicator and team leader
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Passionate about fitness, health, and helping people succeed
- Tech‑savvy (comfortable with Google Workspace, basic CRM/social media tools)
- Bonus:
Experience in fitness, wellness, customer service, or small business admin - Hourly Pay: $19–$24/hour (based on experience)

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
