Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a full-time, on-site role located in Richardson, TX. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining records, handling clerical tasks, and supporting executives with administrative requirements. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications
  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to provide organized support across various tasks
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including data organization, record maintenance, and document preparation
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in office software tools and familiarity with administrative technology
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administrative fields is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to travel (approx 4x a year, all expenses paid)
  • Past experience supporting and managing executives schedules
  • Comfortability attending Seminars and events with high volume guests count
Additional Information

This is a full time 1099 salary position. We currently do not offer health insurance or 401k matching. Tuesday and Thursday bi-weekly will be late night work nights due to us running events at various venues. 9am-4pm will be a typical work day. With bi-weekly Tuesday and Thursday’s 12:30pm-8pm.

Compensation

$40k-60k Dependent upon experience. Additional Performance Bonuses can total up to $10k.
