Aftermarket Parts Purchasing Clerk

Location:

Flower Mound, TX | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule
•$23/hour

• Part-time, flexible schedule within 7:00AM–5:00PM, Monday–Friday (approx. 4 hours/day)

• W2, temporary assignment (~90 days)

ROLE IMPACT
This role supports the Aftermarket Purchasing department by ensuring accurate, timely processing of purchase orders, inventory tracking, and supplier communication. Success in this position will help maintain consistent production and aftermarket part availability, reduce delays, and improve supplier delivery performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Aftermarket Purchasing team, including high-volume data entry

• Enter and maintain data in multiple databases, including delivery dates, PO acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping records

• Analyze inventory, demand, stocking levels, and part locations

• Confirm, track, and manage supplier delivery schedules for production and aftermarket parts

• Expedite parts that are out of stock, on backorder, or overdue

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills and efficient 10-key data entry abilities

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of data

• Ability to work independently and solve procedural issues

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in purchasing or supply chain support roles

• Familiarity with inventory analysis

• Experience expediting supplier deliveries
