Facility Coordinator
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM4:30 PM CST (Onsite)
Compensation: Approximately $20-21.80 per hour upon conversion to full-time

What Youll DoIn this position youll play an essential part in ensuring the facility operates at its best every day. Your responsibilities will include:
Daily Operations & Client Interaction- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and team members
- Handle face‑to‑face interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage work orders through the Corrigo system and ensure timely follow‑up
- Conduct weekly walkthroughs with the janitorial team to uphold workplace standards
- Assist the Facility Management team with day‑to‑day objectives and tactical planning
- Help coordinate maintenance activities and ensure work is carried out with minimal disruption
- Escort and support vendors on‑site ensuring smooth execution of their tasks
- Oversee general property operations including procurement of supplies and equipment logistics
- Provide assistance for special events meeting setups and conference room needs
- Maintain ongoing communication with vendors, service providers and facility staff
- Support the project management team with facility‑specific tasks
- Ensure a polished safe and efficient environment for all employees and guests
- Keep workflows organized and maintain reporting needs through strong Excel proficiency
- 2 years of experience in facility or property administration
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills including solid understanding of Excel
- Excellent customer service skills and a natural ability to communicate with professionalism
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to maintaining a high‑quality environment
