What You’ll Do

  • Voice of the Dealer & Customer Insight – collect and synthesize insights from dealers, sales teams, and end‑users to shape future portfolio and integration strategies.
What We Are Looking For
  • 7+ years of product management, category management, or portfolio strategy experience in HVAC, connected devices, or consumer electronics.
  • Strong understanding of controls, air quality products, and connected home ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to drive commercial strategy, including pricing, margin optimization, and portfolio positioning.
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships with OEMs, technology companies, or third‑party vendors.
  • Technical fluency in connected systems, APIs, and how devices integrate into broader software ecosystems.
