over 150 clients across the U.S. With more than four years of trusted experience, we specialize
in tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, benefits administration, and financial consulting. We
are expanding our operations and seeking a qualified Management Analyst to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Management Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of
experience in operations analysis, business improvement, or financial evaluation. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, recommending process
improvements, and supporting leadership in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
– Gather and organize information about the problems to be solved or the procedures to be improved
– Interview personnel and conduct onsite observations to determine the methods, equipment,
and personnel that will be needed
– Analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports
– Develop solutions or alternative practices
– Recommend new systems, procedures, or organizational changes
– Make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports
– Confer with managers to ensure changes are working
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
– At least 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, management consulting, or related fields
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable
strategies
– Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis platforms
