• Develops a global sourcing strategy for IT products, services, and communication services.
• Defines project scopes and identifies savings opportunities.
• Negotiates and manages contracts and relationships with vendors.
• Leads design and implementation of policies and metrics to ensure savings goals are met.
• Advises and works with technical buyers, engineers and management on new product needs.
• Serves as primary interface between company components and suppliers on strategic/critical quality, engineering and procurement matters.
• Develops and implements long‑ and short‑range sourcing strategies for complex and high‑risk items.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience, with broad knowledge of contract law, RFQ processes, supplier qualification, and low‑cost country sourcing.
• Expert negotiation, presentation, analytical, planning, project management, written, and verbal skills.
• Ability to lead a cross‑functional commodity team and develop strategic commodity plans.

This is a salaried exempt role with a starting range of $111,000‑$145,950 per annum, depending on geography, skills, education, and experience. Eligible for an annual bonus and not eligible for overtime.
