We are looking for a highly organized and results‑driven Project Manager (MEP) with expertise in commercial construction to manage all phases of our projects, from planning through completion. Candidates with industrial construction experience will have a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead all aspects of project planning and implementation, ensuring quality and financial goals are achieved.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets controlling costs, ensuring profitability and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, mechanical engineering or construction science degree (or related experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Industrial construction experience is a strong advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
