Construction Labor / Trades, Heavy Equipment Operator
As our laborer, you will engage in various tasks that support the project team in meeting daily production needs while holding safety to the highest standard. You'll perform construction activities related to site cleanliness and assist other trade team members. To thrive in this role, you should have great organizational skills, a learning mindset, prioritize field safety, and possess a passion for providing our clients with the absolute best construction experience.
Whatyou'll do
- Site Preparation and Cleanliness:
Efficiently clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris, obstacles, and hazardous materials, maintaining a clean and organized work area. - Material Handling and Support:
Safely handle and transport materials and equipment to and from work areas, providing timely support to skilled workers as needed. - Construction Assistance:
Assist in various construction tasks such as digging trenches, demolishing structures, and preparing surfaces for concrete, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. - Safety Awareness and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times, wear appropriate PPE, and actively contribute to a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- General knowledge of commercial construction and/or the drive to learn.

You must be able to twist, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, climb stairs, walk on uneven ground, work above ground on scaffolds, have depth of perception to avoid excavations and other hazards, and hear well enough to recognize the sounds of horns and sirens on moving equipment. You should have good finger manipulation. Lifting tasks include constant lifting of 10 lbs.,
frequent lifting of 25 lbs., and a maximum single‑person lifting of 50 lbs.; for items over 50 lbs., assistance from a coworker is required. Team members must climb light or heavy equipment, carry and use hand tools, stand for up to seven hours of an eight‑hour shift, and work in outside temperatures ranging from 25 °F to 115 °F.
