We are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator with experience supporting engineering projects, particularly in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. This 6-month contract-to-direct role involves reviewing submittals and shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and conducting site observations to ensure installations meet design specifications.
Key Details:
- Location:
Richardson, TX 75081 - Pay Rate: $24.03 - $36.06/hour (DOE)
- Direct Salary Range: $50K - $75K+ (DOE)
- Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST - Term: 6 months contract-to-direct hire
- Travel:
Required for site visits (local/regional)
- 3+ years in construction administration, preferably with an engineering firm
- Strong MEP systems knowledge
- Proficient in reviewing shop drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
- Skilled in RFI management and site observation documentation
- Bluebeam experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
