We are seeking 3 talented and motivated Systems Engineers to contribute to our system development and engineering efforts. As a Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge aerospace projects and support the full lifecycle of system development, from proposal to deployment. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, system architects, and leadership, to ensure the successful implementation of system requirements.

• Manage program architecture and requirements throughout all phases, including proposal, design, implementation, test, and deployment.
• Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with team members and stakeholders.
• Support and improve Systems Engineering processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Define and model systems, including requirements, structure, behavior, and traceability.
• Document and decompose system, subsystem, and component requirements.
• Allocate requirements to system elements and functions.
• Analyze requirements traceability and verification.
• Reconcile requirements conflicts, ambiguities, or gaps.
• Prepare system design documents and presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering, system architects, and leadership.
• Review designs and documents to ensure requirements are satisfied.
• Estimate material and labor costs.

• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles and requirements management.
• Proficiency in JAMA requirements management software.
• DOORS
• Familiarity with Model‑Based Systems Engineering practices and tools.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent related experience.
• Current Secret or Top‑Secret security clearance.
• Experience working with Model‑Based Systems Engineering tools such as the Systems Modeler.

Work Environment:
The work involves collaboration with cross‑functional teams within an innovative aerospace environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richardson, TX.

Pay & Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $84.00/hr.
