Job Description

This role involves creating civil designs for residential development projects, typically for developers or home builders. The designer will focus on grading, paving, and water, sewer, and utility design for new construction projects, from green field through to the platting and construction phase of the community. The primary focus will be on supporting single-family development design.

• Create detailed civil designs for residential development projects.
• Handle grading, paving, and utility design, including water and sewer systems, for new construction.
• Coordinate with engineers to assist with necessary calculations.
• Manage design projects from inception through to completion.

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• 5+ years of experience within Civil Design in either residential or commercial land development.
• Ability to independently manage a design project from start to finish.

Contract to Hire position based out of Richardson, TX.

Pay range: $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
