Inviting applications for the role of Collections Specialist (Invoice to Cash). This role involves addressing clients' concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction, and assisting in resolving past‑due accounts to improve financial outcomes.
Base Pay Range$18.00/hr - $19.00/hr
Responsibilities- Work in a blended environment catering both inbound and outbound calls.
- Communicate effectively while providing quality customer service and actively pursue knowledge of the skills and tools used in all services.
- Ensure that the account becomes current and provide solutions to keep it current for the long term.
- Accept additional training as suggested by management.
- Exhibit excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of the most vulnerable customers/businesses.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Willing to rotate shifts and weekly offs.
- Open and receptive to feedback.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment where standards of quality and timelines are established.
- Integrity to ensure compliance.
- Ability to work on a team.
- BPO or contact center experience.
- Amendable to work onsite – DFW Site (Richardson, TX).
- Assertive and confident.
