• Work in a blended environment catering both inbound and outbound calls.
• Communicate effectively while providing quality customer service and actively pursue knowledge of the skills and tools used in all services.
• Ensure that the account becomes current and provide solutions to keep it current for the long term.
• Accept additional training as suggested by management.
• Exhibit excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of the most vulnerable customers/businesses.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Willing to rotate shifts and weekly offs.
• Open and receptive to feedback.

• Ability to work on a team.

• BPO or contact center experience.
• Amendable to work onsite – DFW Site (Richardson, TX).
