Risk Manager/Analyst, Financial Manager, Corporate Finance

Sr. Manager, Credit ServicesThis role provides direction and leadership to a team of credit analysts responsible for the collections of accounts receivable across multiple business units.
Responsibilities- Oversee collection activities conducted by credit analysts.
- Report and manage KPIs such as DSO, DDSO, Bad Debt, and cash forecasting.
- Support the sales team by ensuring efficient order flow while controlling financial risk.
- Implement collection policies and procedures within the organization’s parameters.
- Reconcile disputed receivables.
- Oversee account negotiations and financial workouts.
- Drive efficiency by leveraging technology to improve collection processes.
- Assist in month‑end close activities, including accounts receivable reconciliation, bad debt reserve, cash, and/or journal entry preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 10 years related experience, including 3 years as a manager.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, numeracy, and research skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Financial statement analysis skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of secured lending, the Uniform Commercial Code, and commercial lien law is a plus.
- Ability to lead and direct others.
This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is $110,400–$144,900 annually. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
