over 150 clients across the U.S. With more than four years of trusted experience, we specialize
in tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, benefits administration, and financial consulting. We
are expanding our operations and seeking a qualified Accounts Analyst to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned and detail-driven Accounts Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of
professional experience in accounting, financial analysis, and tax compliance. This role plays a
crucial part in maintaining client accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting
financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Examine financial statements to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
– Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensure proper and timely tax payments
– Inspect accounting systems and records for efficiency and adherence to procedures
– Develop, implement, and document accounting systems using modern technology
– Assess financial operations and recommend best-practice improvements to management
– Ensure compliance with reporting, payment, and tax regulations
– Recommend strategies to reduce costs, increase revenues, and improve profitability
– Maintain detailed, portfolio-style accounts for each client of the firm
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
– At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting or financial analysis
– Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance practices
– Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books) and Excel
– Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple clients and work in a fast-paced environment
