Senior Executive Recruiter at LHH/Parker and LynchLHH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a highly regarded and growing organization within the manufacturing and building solutions industry. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, data-driven environment where financial insights directly impact strategic decision-making and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in revenue forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
This position provides high visibility to senior leadership and plays a key role in supporting long-range planning, business performance optimization, and profitability initiatives across multiple business units.
- Develop and manage annual financial plans and monthly forecasts for assigned business units and channels
- Lead detailed revenue and margin analysis performance evaluation
- Review and interpret financial results, comparing actuals to plan, forecast, and prior year to identify key drivers and trends
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and executive teams to understand business performance and market impacts
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses to senior management
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models and analytical tools to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Support the creation and execution of long-range financial plans and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of financial systems, databases, and reporting processes
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts as needed
- Collaborate on ad hoc financial projects and analysis as assigned by leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required;
Master’s degree or MBA preferred - Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or a related finance role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, PowerPoint, and other analytics tools preferred
- Experience working with ERP and reporting systems such as SAP, BW, Hyperion, or Qlik a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret data to support strategic decision-making
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of initiative, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity
