- Develops annual financial plan targets for LRH and constituent regions, updating monthly
- Supports execution of strategic plan including the achievement of multi-billion revenue and margin targets
- Reviews financial results with business partners, comparing and analyzing actuals versus plan, forecast, and prior year to analyze the cause of variances, identify trends, and monitor impacts to key performance indicators
- Supports the LRH executive team and sales team with monthly reporting on PVM and other financial metrics
- Collaborates with appropriate partners to understand key business performance drivers, then based on financial results communicate findings, insights, and implications to the LRH executive team
- Acts as a finance thought leader and subject matter expert for the LRH business unit’s PVM analysis
- Leads the development of financial models and other analytical tools to enhance the efficiency of business applications and processes
- Supports the maintenance of various systems / databases used for PVM, forecasts, and analysis
- Reviews financial metrics for introducing new products using NPV, IRR, and payback period analysis to assess profitability
- Performs ad hoc financial research projects as needed
- Coaches less-experienced financial analysts as needed

- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 8 years of related experience
- Master’s Degree or MBA Candidate a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, BW, Hyperion) and/or analytics platforms (e.g., Qlik) preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent financial modeling skills
Compensation:
This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $102,000 and $133,350 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
