Drives Success

The LRH Regional FP&A Lead Analyst serves as the principal financial partner for two regions, delivering expertise in forecasting, financial analysis, and stakeholder communication. The role supports a junior analyst, providing mentorship and facilitating the development of fundamental business and financial competencies. It offers significant exposure to high‑level decision‑making, leveraging data analysis and reporting for valuable insights. The Lead Analyst proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and participates in initiatives that drive organizational transformation.

What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Serve as a thought leader for fellow analysts, sharing expertise, best practices, and fostering collaboration to drive effective financial analysis.
  • Lead LRH finance in adopting AI for core processes such as forecasting and data analysis.
  • Develop annual financial plan targets for LRH and associated regions, providing monthly updates to align with organizational objectives.
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives to achieve revenue and margin goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of financial results with business stakeholders, analyzing performance against plan, forecast, and prior year figures to identify variances and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to understand key business drivers and communicate findings, insights, and implications to region leadership.
  • Lead development and deployment of sophisticated financial models and analytical tools to enhance business processes.
  • Analyze financial metrics—NPV, IRR, and payback period—for store network decisions such as new locations, renewals, and relocations.
  • Perform ad‑hoc financial research as required.

What We Are Looking For
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 8 years of related experience.
    • Master’s Degree or MBA candidate a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, BW, Hyperion) and/or analytics platforms (e.g., Qlik) preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent financial modeling skills.
What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range is between $101,600 and $133,350 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
