Analyst - Business Consulting (Regulatory Reporting Compliance & Risk) – Infosys Consulting

We are hiring an Analyst in Compliance & Risk. You will be part of a cross‑cultural global team working on a variety of business consulting engagements such as Risk & Finance digital transformation, regulatory change management. You will take up a range of roles in the areas of process consulting, experience design, business analysis, applied AI, tech strategy, program and change management.

You will analyze problems and come up with creative solutions, apply business consulting frameworks, collaborate with client stakeholders, and be responsible for the delivery of business results to clients. You will also lead/contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives, and participate in a variety of firm‑building events.

• Hands‑on experience in one or more regulatory requirements/reports – ESMA, FCA, EMIR, MiFID, CFTC, SEC.
• Knowledge of capital market products.
• Experience with databases, SQL querying and analysis, Mongo
  
  DB, Excel & PowerPoint.
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting or directly at banks, other financial services firms or Fin Techs in a problem‑solving/solution‑development role in compliance, risk and finance domains.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience leading programs with stakeholder engagement as a key requisite to successful delivery.
• Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and challenging constraints.
• Experience working on change initiatives in the compliance & risk space.
• Working knowledge of Design Thinking.
• Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to concept and drive new solution/service offerings to market.
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a cross‑cultural team and support multiple time zones when necessary.
