GWA is seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Senior Investment Analyst to join our growing Family Office investment team.

This individual will play an important role in evaluating investment opportunities and supporting the deployment and ongoing management of significant Family Office capital across both public and private markets.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 10 years of relevant investment experience
, strong analytical and financial modeling skills, and meaningful experience evaluating private equity, direct investments, or other alternative investments.

This is a highly hands‑on investment role. The successful candidate should enjoy digging deeply into an investment opportunity: reviewing a pitch deck, researching an industry, analyzing financial statements, building a financial model, questioning assumptions, speaking with investment managers or company executives, and ultimately developing a clear and well‑supported investment recommendation.

We are looking for someone who is exceptionally bright, learns quickly, communicates clearly, and combines strong quantitative skills with sound business judgment.
