ACH Transition Specialist is responsible for planning and executing the transition of customers from credit card payments to ACH. This role involves customer analysis, communication, support, and reporting to ensure a smooth and efficient migration process.
Key Responsibilities- Review customer lists and group them based on readiness to switch to ACH.
- Develop a detailed plan to transition customers in small groups with minimal disruption.
- Contact customers, explain ACH benefits, and guide them through the transition process.
- Provide support and resolve issues during the migration.
- Track progress, report on savings, and provide updates to the team.
- Evaluate rollout success and recommend strategies for expanding ACH adoption.
- Knowledge of ACH payments or similar financial transaction systems.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers.
- Strong project planning and communication skills.
- Ability to support customers and solve problems during process changes.
- Proficiency in tracking progress and creating reports.
- Experience in financial services or payment processing.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
