Position: New Patient Coordinator

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a New Patient Coordinator who will be responsible for handling inbound calls from new patients, setting up new accounts, entering demographic information into Salesforce, scheduling new patients, and conducting data entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls from new patients.
• Setting up new accounts and entering demographic information into Salesforce.
• Scheduling new patients.
• Data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General medical insurance knowledge.
• Understands HMO versus PPO.
• General CRM experience.

Additional Requirements

Monday through Friday, 8-5pm CST.
