Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Richardson, TX. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising behavior technicians, and providing direct ABA therapy services. Additional responsibilities include training and educating parents, monitoring treatment progress, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
- Strong skills in Behavior Management and Parent Education
- Background in Psychology, particularly as it relates to behavior and development
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse client needs and create individualized plans
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder is highly preferred
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
