Creative Solutions In Health Care in Richardson, TX seeks a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will administer prescribed PT treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility and quality of life.
The position requires an active Texas PTA license; SNF or long-term care experience is preferred. Net Health experience is a plus, and strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.
