VP of operations RCM

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare RCM Operations Leader to drive and lead end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Collections operations. This role will be responsible for operational excellence, process optimization, client onboarding, team leadership, and strategic growth initiatives across Patient Collections and Insurance Billing functions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Healthcare RCM, strong client-facing experience, and a proven track record of scaling operations while maintaining quality, compliance, and performance benchmarks.

• Drive and lead all the RCM and collection operations functions effectively with process improvements of existing processes.
• Performing operational due diligence for new prospective clients. l
• Develop the Operations strategy for the organisation, keeping in mind the business requirements. l
• Manage onshore centers for Patient collections and Insurance billing Coordinate with the other department for smooth functioning of the process Should have experience in project transition. l
• Should have handle entire functions of Healthcare RCM Process, AR & Denial Management (voice & Non voice) Exposure on Client Relationship Management. l
• Should have experience in expanding operations and work on prospect clients, RFPs, SOP’s andDOU’s etc. l
• Analysis of trends affecting coding, charges, accounts receivable, and collection, and assignmanageable tasks to billing team. l
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures to be able to provide the right answers to inquiries from all customers (both internal and external) Strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively relate with the public, patients, organizations, and other employees.
• Staff development including training, coaching and competence assessment Motivate and lead high performance management team.

• · Extensive experience managing Healthcare RCM Operations, including AR and Denial Management.
• · Proven experience in project transitions and operational expansions.
• · Strong exposure to client relationship management and stakeholder communication.
• · Experience handling RFPs, SOP development, DOUs, and operational documentation.
• · Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• · Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage patients, clients, and internal teams effectively.
