• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift, ensuring rooms meet high standards of comfort and cleanliness.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Notify your supervisor of missing items or maintenance issues; ensure each room is fully stocked and ready for the next guest.
• Approach each task with a friendly, service-oriented attitude to help guests feel valued and welcomed through room presentation.
• Follow pre-cleaning duties like stocking carts with fresh supplies and linens.
• Keep hallways, public areas, and closets organized, neat, and vacuumed to keep the hotel guest-ready.
• Follow proper protocol for handling lost and found items and return misplaced belongings to their owners.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1+ year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
