What You Will Be DoingUnder general supervision, you will serve as the primary owner of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and alignment with business needs. As the subject‑matter expert for iCIMS, you will manage system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and drive enhancements to support recruiting operations. You will:
- Act as the primary administrator for the iCIMS ATS, managing configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Serve as the product owner, partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT to define system requirements and implement solutions.
- Provide technical support and training for recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with iCIMS support for issue resolution and upgrades.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and accurate reporting within the ATS.
- Lead system enhancement projects, including testing and deployment of new features.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 to 3 years of related experience; preference for iCIMS Administrator or similar ATS support role.
- Strong understanding of iCIMS platform functionality, workflows, and integrations.
- Proven ability to manage system configurations and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in product ownership or system implementation projects.
- Familiarity with HR technology ecosystems and integrations.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics within iCIMS or related tools.
- Provide recruiting administrative support to assist with day‑to‑day Talent Acquisition operations.
- Support and analyze third‑party Talent Acquisition tools to ensure optimal performance and integration.
- Participate in other projects as required to support Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives.
Compensation:
This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $67,000 - $88,000 annually. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
