Position: HR Support

HR Support II

The human resource support is a project based position to help with organizing. The candidate will be creating "Termed Binders", organizing I9 forms for termed employees, and general HR support and cleanup along with creating SOPs to help with managing processes moving forward. Administrative position that will need to have a general knowledge of HR related functions, I9 forms, Excel and Microsoft word experience.

LOCATION: Richardson, TX 75080

HOURS: 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F

POSITION: Contract

PAY RANGE: $25.00 hour

Duties include, but are not limited to :

  • Collaborate with the HR team to execute assignments and deliver high-quality support across various human resources functions.
  • Contribute to process reliability and efficiency by assisting with operational and administrative tasks.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Perform audits and maintain accurate employee records, including I-9 documentation, while identifying opportunities to enhance current processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of an international employee compliance system.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and ensure consistency.

Potential Project Scope(s):

  • This role offers opportunities to lead and contribute to impactful HR initiatives aimed at enhancing compliance, efficiency, and employee experience. Projects may include developing and implementing an international employee compliance framework, creating and standardizing HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and optimizing document management processes through auditing and digitization of employee records and I-9 forms.
  • Additional scopes may involve supporting process improvement strategies to streamline administrative workflows, collaborating on cross-functional HR projects, and ensuring timely execution of key deliverables that align with organizational goals.
