Role
Dev Sec Ops Engineer
LocationsRichardson, TX / Raleigh, NC / Phoenix, AZ / Hartford, CT / Indianapolis, IN

Responsibilities- Assess the current stage, define and implement operating model, people/process transformation and Dev Sec Ops solution blueprint. Translate the customer requirement to Dev Sec Ops use-cases.
- Identify Dev Sec Ops bottlenecks in value stream and provide recommendations.
- Participate in RFPs, create PoCs/ accelerators / IPs and evangelize.
- Design high level Dev Sec Ops architecture and solutioning as per client requirements.
- Drive meetings to gather technical and integration requirements with respect to Dev Sec Ops ; derive and justify technical solutions to client stakeholders.
- Understand and define architectural solution blueprint, design frameworks and methodologies used; create and implement appropriate Dev Sec Ops solutions.
- Knowledge of security testing best practices across the Dev Sec Ops processes and infrastructure, including implementing secure access controls, encryption and monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
- At least 6 years of Dev Sec Ops assessment, design and implementation experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to lead technical discussions and interact with client stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience building CI/CD solutions and integrating tools or leveraging cloud services such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, AWS Code Pipeline, Git Lab, Harness, Bamboo, Google Cloud Build, etc.
- Continuous delivery/deployment tools (Argo CD, GoCD, Spinnaker, AWS Code Deploy, Harness, Git Hub Actions, etc.).
- Testing and coverage tools (JMeter, Jira, Selenium, UFT, etc.).
- Release and deployment management tools/services.
- Configuration management tools (Ansible, etc.).
- Infrastructure as code expertise (Terraform, Azure ARM, AWS Cloud Formation, Terragrunt, etc.).
- Application security tools across SAST, SCA, DAST.
- Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE, Open Shift, etc.).
- Implementation experience in cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong communication and presentation skills to lead technical discussions.
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation and application development.
- Platform engineering practices such as IaC, as-a-service models, and cost controls.
- Ability to work with development and IT teams to automate processes and enable faster deployments.
- Understanding of SDLC activities and best practices (branching, merging, quality checks, builds management, environment progression, and configuration management).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and technical documentation.
- Ability to work in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment.
