** Director of Software Delivery
** to lead our digital engineering organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in
** banking, digital product development**, and a strong focus on
** AI, cloud-native architectures**, and
** customer-centric digital transformation**.###
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Lead and scale
** high-performing software engineering teams delivering next-generation digital banking platforms and AI-powered financial services.
* Drive the
** design, development, and deployment
** of secure, scalable, and compliant digital solutions aligned with regulatory frameworks (e.g., FFIEC, GLBA, PCI-DSS).
* Partner with cross-functional leaders in product, design, risk, and operations to deliver
** seamless digital experiences
** for both retail and commercial banking customers.
* Define and execute a
** strategic technology roadmap
** focused on innovation in areas such as
** mobile banking, real-time payments, AI/ML**, and
** cloud-native services**.
* Champion
** Agile, Dev Sec Ops , and CI/CD practices**, ensuring rapid, reliable, and high-quality software delivery.
* Foster a culture of
** engineering excellence**, continuous learning, and innovation across distributed teams.
* Manage
** budgets, vendor relationships, and delivery timelines**, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.###
** Preferred Experience & Focus Areas
*** Proven experience delivering
** AI-driven solutions**, including intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and personalized digital experiences.
* Deep understanding of
** cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience leading
** cloud migration
** or
** cloud-native development
** initiatives.
* Demonstrated success in
** digital transformation programs**, especially within regulated industries like banking or financial services.### ###
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred.
* 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in digital product delivery and 3+ years leading engineering managers.
* Strong background in
** banking technology**, with a deep understanding of digital trends, compliance, and customer expectations.
* Expertise in
** modern software development practices**, including Agile, Dev Ops, and cloud-native architectures.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.###
