Overview
US Oncology Network is looking for an IT Support Coordinator II to join our team. The position is based in the Dallas, Texas area and will support our Midtown locations. Regular travel to the sites is required. The schedule is Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; occasional Saturdays.

Whatdoes the IT Support Coordinator position do?
The IT Support Coordinator assists in computer systems operations, including troubleshooting, maintenance, hardware ordering and shipping, and hardware/software installation. This role provides network and end‑user support by answering calls, documenting incidents and service requests, setting up user accounts, and assisting users with queries. The coordinator serves as a central contact for vendors and supports the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Responsibilities- Assist in answering calls from end users.
- Document and maintain records of end‑user issues, network problems, support and vendor communications, and hardware/software orders and shipping.
- Troubleshoot basic end‑user questions and problems.
- Provide basic user support as needed.
- Assist supervisor with maintenance of network systems, servers, and workstations; install software and hardware; troubleshoot server and network problems.
- Set up and delete user IDs and passwords in practice management systems and submit requests to the corporate office for user accounts on the file server and e‑mail systems.
- Assist the Business Office in running reports and updating fee schedules and insurance profiles.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a desktop support role is strongly preferred.
- Prior computer networking experience preferred.
- A+ certification and MCP in Microsoft Office strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Requires vision and hearing corrected to normal range.
