Principal Enterprise Applications SAP TM Consultant

As Principal Enterprise Applications Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan activities of configuration, configure the product per design, conduct conference room pilots, resolve queries related to requirements and solution design, conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, prepare effort estimates suited to customer budgets, and support knowledge transfer.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required, with consideration for progressive experience.
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Position based in Richardson, TX; may require travel and/or relocation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 11 years of experience in SAP implementation programs with strong experience in SAP Transportation Management module, including integration with other SAP modules.
• Experience in chemicals or other process industries.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP TM in an S/4
  
  HANA implementation program.
• Ability to handle requirement gathering, blueprint, design, configuration, functional testing, test data setup, etc.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge/certification of S4 HANA and Agile methods (Scrum Master / Agile Coach) is a benefit.
• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinate delivery between onsite and offshore.
• Flexible work timings required due to remote environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.

Job responsibilities include extended computer work and communicating by telephone, email, or face‑to‑face.
