. In this role you will architect and lead the product data strategy, ensuring data fuels AI, analytics, and product excellence at scale.

• Design and execute a data vision and strategy that positions Dynatron as a leader in data‑driven decision‑making and automotive intelligence.
• Lead and scale a world‑class organization spanning Data Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, and Data Science, ensuring excellence across platforms, pipelines, and products.
• Architect for growth: oversee the design and evolution of our data ecosystem, from data lakes and real‑time streaming to machine learning and AI applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Advance innovation: champion the integration of next‑generation AI and ML technologies to unlock predictive, prescriptive, and generative insights that drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate across functions: partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure data strategy directly supports company objectives and product differentiation.
• Drive governance and trust: establish policies, controls, and frameworks for data quality, compliance, and security across all systems and sources.
• Measure and optimize: define and track KPIs for data reliability, accessibility, and business impact, using insights to guide strategic investment and improvement.
• Inspire excellence: build and nurture a high‑performing, innovative team that thrives on collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, analytics, or data science, including at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record building and scaling enterprise‑grade data platforms in B2B SaaS or high‑growth technology environments.
• Deep technical expertise in modern data stacks, including Airflow, dbt, Kafka, Fivetran, Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift, with hands‑on understanding of Python, SQL, and data modeling.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI and machine learning initiatives, including integration of large language models and applied ML systems into production environments.
• Strong command of data governance, observability, security, and privacy frameworks.
• Strategic thinker who can balance innovation with execution, driving both vision and measurable results.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to align executives, engineers, and stakeholders around a shared data vision.
• Experience managing multimillion‑dollar budgets and building scalable, distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Base Salary: $230K‑$260K

Bonus: 20%
