Lead AI and Machine Learning Engineer / Deployment and Production – Hybrid – Dallas, TX
This leading Dallas-based commercial real estate company does everything from buying and selling land, building and development, and property management. Our client is looking for a Lead AI and Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy a wide variety of AI/Machine Learning solutions across the organization.
They want a senior engineer with a strong background in Data Science and Machine Learning to join their engineering team. A strong candidate will have hands‑on experience deploying at least one production‑level AI application to the business. In this role, you will deepen your experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment and Generative AI/Agentic AI development. The ideal candidate is passionate about their work and actively stays up‑to‑date with AI and ML industry trends.
Qualifications- 7+ years of professional Machine Learning and recent AI experience
- Proven experience deploying at least one hands‑on AI project into production in a professional setting
- Advanced proficiency in Machine Learning, pipeline development, and model development and deployment
- Hands‑on experience with Generative AI/Agentic AI development
- Strong experience with graph databases
- Solid understanding of semantic modeling
- Experience with conversational AI development is a plus
- Strong communication and prior leadership experience; this role will interact with various stakeholders, contractors, and both indirect and direct people management
- Design, develop, and maintain AI projects in production
- Lead Generative AI/Agentic AI development initiatives
- Build and improve Machine Learning pipelines, models, and deployment processes
- Collaborate and lead cross‑functional teams
- Hybrid work: 2-3 days per week in Dallas, TX
- Must be local to Dallas, TX or be willing to relocate
