Infosys is seeking a Mainframe Lead to translate software requirements into maintainable solutions within existing application frameworks. The chosen candidate will apply technical proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle, gather accurate requirements, work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and scope of development, and contribute best practices for scalable, critical applications.

• Translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within application frameworks.
• Gather accurate requirements and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and scope of development.
• Identify errors, make adjustments in a testing environment, and contribute to best practices for developing scalable applications.

• Located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, or willing to relocate.
• Minimum 4 years of experience using VOS on a Stratus platform.
• Minimum 4 years of experience programming in PL/1 and/or
  
  C.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for education.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

• Experience with NMA.
• Experience with telecom OSS (Ericsson/Telcordia/Bellcore).
• Experience working in a high‑availability, 24/7 environment.
• Experience with interfacing applications on multiple platforms.
• Experience with Unix/Linux.
• Experience with IBM mainframes.
