Lead O9 Consultant – Infosys USA

Infosys is seeking a Lead O9 Consultant to anchor various phases of engagements primarily related to O9 Solutions Demand & Supply Planning. The role will deliver high‑quality techno‑functional solutions, including design, requirements, consulting, and testing of O9 planning processes.

• Lead design and implementation of O9 solution architecture and integration with existing systems.
• Develop comprehensive technical blueprints, data models, and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define functional specifications.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and validation of O9 planning processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent foreign credential.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience, with progressive experience in supply chain or planning solutions.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship;

  Richardson, TX; may require travel to client/project sites.

• At least 4 years of experience in supply chain management or related domain.
• Experience configuring and implementing O9 Solutions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, best practices, and scalable system architecture.
• Experience designing data models, application components, and user interfaces for O9 planning solutions.
• Certified in O9 Solutions or related technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research, define integration strategies, and ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and NFR requirements.

The role involves extended periods of computer work, communication by telephone, email, or face‑to‑face, and may require travel as per job requirements.
