Infosys is seeking a Social Media Support Lead. The primary responsibility will be to translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks. The chosen candidate will apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, gather accurate requirements, and work closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and define the scope of development. The role will require strong attention to detail, the ability to identify errors, make adjustments in a testing environment, and contribute to best practices for developing scalable, relevant, and critical applications.

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution required. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of experience.
- At least 4+ years of experience with tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 support for Ericsson applications, mainly SWITCH and NMA.
- Manage user access in all social media platforms (Sprinklr, native social media channels, Last Pass, other SaaS tools).
- Manage admin configurations in platforms (custom metadata fields, workflow rules, macros, tag management, etc.).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot high-level technical issues with platforms and work with stakeholders and vendors to resolve.
- Help self-service stakeholders.
- Setup social analytics reports in Sprinklr and Boolean queries in social listening tools.
- Create and manage short URLs and QR codes in Bitly.
- Facilitate meetings with the Social Capabilities Manager.
- Liaise with Social Governance and Intel Customer Support teams as needed.
- Proactively manage security and maintenance projects.
- Reporting for social governance audits.
- Social media platform support (Sprinklr, native social media channels, Last Pass, other SaaS tools, Facebook Business Manager, Linked In Business Manager, You Tube, X, Instagram).

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
