Position SummaryThe Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels to drive high-quality leads and measurable ROI. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about digital marketing performance and strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, CTV, Directories and lead aggregators.
- Support campaign trafficking, QA, budget pacing, and performance monitoring.
- Implement targeting strategies and audience segmentation based on direction from the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Prepare and automate recurring reports to share campaign performance with internal stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot campaign performance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitive research to support campaign strategy and testing initiatives.
- Maintain campaign documentation, creative assets, and UTM tracking to ensure proper data flow.
- Contribute to A/B tests and data analysis to drive continuous performance improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Experience in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Google Ads and Meta Ads platform expertise, with specific experience with Google Local Service Ads (LSAs)
- Google Analytics (Google Analytics 4 certification preferred)
- Paid Social media management experience in platforms
- Marketing automation software
- CRM/CDP platforms
- Building and optimizing audiences and campaign targeting

- HTML/CSS basics
