Job Description

Job Title: Deskside Support Representative Distributed Client Services
Location: RICHARDSON, TX
Duration: 12 months with possible extension.

Job :

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets.

Configure and install common applications.

Install and remove PCs.

Interact positively with clients, demonstrating good verbal and written communication skills.

Provide technical support in a customer-facing, Windows-based corporate environment, including experience supporting Office and Outlook.
